I just purchased Affinity Designer for my desktop. I got the emails, product key info and all that. I hit download and there is an affinity titled document in my download folder.
However, when I attempt to either open or run the program, it gives me a message that the program is already running.
If I get the install box to install the program, it does nothing.
I cannot get to a point to where I am prompted to give my email or my Product Key to verify.
I can't launch the program at all I have a new Dell computer that has Windows 11 and another computer with Windows 10. Same issue on both devices.
When running a troubleshooting test, it tells me on both devices that this program is not compatible with this operating system.
Please help as I would love to be using this program.
