NOT RESPONDING

Lladyluck posted a topic in V1 Bugs found on Windows

Every time I use the selection tool the app freezes and gives me the not responding message. I have uninstalled and re-installed the app and insured that it is the latest version but it keep happening. Please help as I have a job to complete and need these changes to this photo. I am running Windows 10 Home 64 Bit. Thanks in advance
