  1. Temporary fix to the problem: Using Time Machine (on Mac) I re-installed the previous version of Photo and now Export and Save work fine again.
  2. Actually worse than I thought as new files that weren't .afphoto to start with won't save at all! By that I mean if I open a .jpg for instance and alter it, then try to save, it won't save as any file type.
  3. Hi - yes, I've been opening files in Designer, then exporting from there. Bit of a pain though.
  4. Just in case it's relevant, Export still works fine in Publisher and Designer.
  5. Hi Garry. The app continues to work fine after. The dialogue closes and it continues as normal. Same happens with single screen as dual screens.
  6. Hi - a couple of files sent, although it fails to export any file of any size so the actual file is immaterial. Is it possible to downgrade to an earlier version of Photo for a few days as it always worked previously and things are getting a bit desperate now?
  7. Export and Save As.. have stopped working. The usual first dialogue box appears fine, but when Export is selected the dialogue disappears and nothing is saved. Previously the save location dialogue appeared but now nothing. The same error occurs on all files and for all file types. Save still works, so files can be saved, but only as .afphoto types. As I have several jobs requiring export this is causing huge problems - can't even send files to clients for approval! I have tried re-installing Photo (v1.10.5), but the error persists.
