Blender OCIO config not working

FiliSh posted a topic in Pre-V2 Archive of Affinity on Desktop Questions (macOS and Windows)

I'm trying to edit Blender 3.1 Cycles render with Filmic view transform saved into an EXR, but I can't get the OCIO Display Transform working in Affinity Photo. There are no profiles available in the combo box. I have tried navigating to config.ocio both in Blender's folder and copied somewhere else. I believe I have the document set to 32 bit. Am I missing something? This should work, right?
