  1. Hi @ NathanC, thanks for your replay. I opened Affinity as admin (without admin I can't save the "*.afshort" settings file in the Affinity program folder.) Under the Affinity menu "Edit - Hotkey settings" was under the settings "Photo", "Miscellaneous" - " Set fill as black and white" - no keyboard shortcut stored. I entered that with a "D". Then I saved the file as above. Since Affinity then asks for the location, I chose the Affinity program folder "C:\Program Files\Affinity\Photo". Trying it out in the running Affinity program (a color in the color wheel was changed) there was no reaction to the "D" key. So I called up the saved file via "Load" again. As a result, the relevant entry "D" in the loaded file "*.afshort" was empty. Same result when restarting Affinity Photo. I also didn't find any other program file *.afshort" than the one I saved (I searched it also in the hidden folders). It's kind of weird. Should I uninstall and reinstall Affinity? I have now uninstalled and reinstalled my Affinity Photo License V 1.10.51342, same result. I can enter the keyboard shortcut, close the file and when I call it up again, the keyboard shortcut I entered is no longer there, i.e. the line is empty. Many thanks for your replay. Best regards Rudi
  2. Good afternoon, I am working with Windows 11 Prof 64 bit and Affinity 1.10.5.1342. By using the short key "X" to change primery to secondary color it works. If I have changed the colors and will come back to standard colors the short key "D" is used. But this does not work at my PC. My keyboard is a German one - QWERT and is a "Razer huntsman type no: Rz03-0252". Could you give me some help please to solve this problem. Thank you.
  3. Hi, since I couldn't find my answer under this case I uploaded the photo again. I replied directly to your e-mail through my e-mail account. Now a new crash happened and I append the crash dmp file from today's morning. Would you be so kind to say how can I read the file? With app "Who crashed" it is impossible. When I uploaded the dmp file I received the error message 200 from your server for the second time. How can I send you the dmp file? Many thanks for your reply. Best regards
  4. Good afternoon, the last crash dump fa99b262-e315-4152-953e-a3392a33eea4.dmp I found was this. Affinity Photo also crashed if I untick/unused hardware acceleration in preferences. Because there are some other crash dumps from November this year I will upload its also. Best regards 4768a0b3-bcd1-466e-bdd9-dc5fd0adf3fc.dmp a4e7bc70-3f18-4fa6-997b-79844daee67c.dmp
  5. Hi, I am using Affinity Photo newest version as above mentioned. My PC System consists of Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-9900K CPU @ 3.60GHz 3.60 GHz. 32 GB RAM Windows 10 Pro 64 Bit, Version 21H2, 19044.1387 Graphic board NVIDIA GeForce RTX2070 with driver Game Ready vers. 497.09 Affinity Photo is installed at Samsung SSD 970 EVO Plus 1TB. If I work with a RAW file CR3 in Affinity Photo and will modify it with luminescence masks it crashes. Do you know the problem and is there a bug fix available? Many thanks for your feedback
