Hi @ NathanC,
thanks for your replay.
I opened Affinity as admin (without admin I can't save the "*.afshort" settings file in the Affinity program folder.) Under the Affinity menu "Edit - Hotkey settings" was under the settings "Photo", "Miscellaneous" - " Set fill as black and white" - no keyboard shortcut stored. I entered that with a "D". Then I saved the file as above. Since Affinity then asks for the location, I chose the Affinity program folder "C:\Program Files\Affinity\Photo". Trying it out in the running Affinity program (a color in the color wheel was changed) there was no reaction to the "D" key. So I called up the saved file via "Load" again. As a result, the relevant entry "D" in the loaded file "*.afshort" was empty. Same result when restarting Affinity Photo. I also didn't find any other program file *.afshort" than the one I saved (I searched it also in the hidden folders). It's kind of weird. Should I uninstall and reinstall Affinity?
I have now uninstalled and reinstalled my Affinity Photo License V 1.10.51342, same result. I can enter the keyboard shortcut, close the file and when I call it up again, the keyboard shortcut I entered is no longer there, i.e. the line is empty.
Many thanks for your replay.
Best regards Rudi
