Dear Affiniy-Team, ICan't upgrade my affinity foto version (always downloaded updates but since 1.8 couldn`t get a newer version). Today I bought affinity photo new again, but I can't install it. I even can't deinstall the old one. I only get the hint, another software is currently in the installing process, but believe me, there ist no software being installed at the moment. Can you help me or cancel my new bought? If you could give me advice in german, I'd be very thankful.
