Yellowing of image in Affinity Designer on Windows 10

Sharon Hobson posted a topic in Pre-V2 Archive of Affinity on Desktop Questions (macOS and Windows)

When I import a psd file, it has a yellow tint to the overall picture. Other file formats such as jpg and png do not have this yellow tint. When saved from Affinity as a png, the correct colour shows (without yellow tint) Monitor is set to default of SRGB Colour profile within Affinity is CMYK/8 PLEASE HELP !
