Very thank you for the information. Anyway, I would like to use enhanced MetaFile for export. Attached files reveal the comparison when I paste the exported emf file to powerpoint and designer. I think affinity program could not process the emf file properly.

I usually use SigmaPlot to create graph. The graphs of SigmaPlot can be copy-paste to PowerPoint. But, they could not paste to all Affinity products properly. The pasted graphs and their labels showed upside-down and flipped. I would like to use affinity softwares to create published reports, so that I am happy to know the solutions.
