Crashes doing just about anything on Win 10

Thank you for the suggestions. I do have Capture One v.21 installed and renaming the folder lets Affinity Photo run. What are the implications of renaming the WIC64 folder? Crash dump before the folder renaming is attached. Help is appreciated. 4bcba8ad-abe4-430c-9273-6992bc4df801.dmp -
New here and wondering what to do about crashing 100% of the time on an HDR, focus stack or even editing a Nikon RAW file. Win 10 with latest patches, i7, 32 gb RAM, 1060 card with acceleration turned off and on in Preferences. No other program I have crashes like this.
