Compression Not Working Image JPG Export

gabriel44 posted a topic in V1 Bugs found on Windows

I'm using the free trial version 1.9.1 and whenever I want to export a JPG image and I change the compression ratio, the output file size stays the same. It does not change file size either if I change resolution. I'm using windows 10 build 19041.
