No, There's no linked text frames I don't know how to do them yet (I got the program this week so I've been trying it out now)

I have a 17 page document that need one of the pages to be moved. I have successfully added my last 2 pages into the document but one of them needs to be moved up to be the second page. This is where the problem occurs. When I try to move it to any new page the program crashes. I don't know what to really do. I have tried removing that page (page 15 which is supposed to be as page 2) but the program crashes. And I have tried to move it up to be as the 2nd page but it crashes.
