  1. My problem with Affinity (Designer) is that the way the Helvetica Neue font family is listed in the font tool isn't how it should be. In the font settings, it's shown correctly with all 14 different variations. In Affinity however, there's 6 with some being duplicates. The way it's shown in Windows (C:) > Windows > Fonts is weird as well. Anyone know what the problem could be?
  2. Wait, never mind. I figured out a solution for that one, but I also have a similar problem with this shape, which I can't figure out. I'd still like to maintain the "square" shape around where the upper and bowl of the B meets. I attached some images of the before and after pictures. B.afdesign
  3. Hello. I've been having trouble with the expanding stroke tool. Whenever I expand stroke, it alters the shape. I believe it's due to the close distance of the nodes. Is there anyway I can fix that and keep the shape the exact same? Deleting one of the nodes won't keep the shape the same as I'd like (although it won't alter too much, I'm very picky on that). Thanks for the help! Before expanded stroke: After expanded stroke:
  4. AF Designer Hello! Does anyone have any tips to keep the width the same throughout the spine of the 'S' here? I'm using the node tool to edit it. I also have guides set (hid it so you can get a better view), but I'm struggling with it to keep a consistent width. Thank you.
  5. Affinity Designer question: I wasn't sure what to name the topic, but I was wondering how I could combine these 2 shapes without that line in between that makes it look like it's not combined. I used the "Add" feature but it was still there. I could overlap the shapes and add them that way, but I want to keep it exact and clean. Here's both the stroke and filled view. Thank you!
