Problem loading version 1.9.1
The same problem I had loading 1.9.0 has occurred again but unable to solve it this time. When trying to run the download the following error message appears “ The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more details” With 1.9.0 I found a program which removed and replaced all the Visual C++ files. Having done this I successfully ran 1.9.0. However trying the same fix with 1.9.1 had no effect.
