Affinity photo is not opening in Mac

Same Issue with Affinity Designer von 10.14.6 here. Suddenly I only got a gray box when trying to open Affinity Designer on my iMac Pro 10.14.6. then i deleted the app tried to download it again from App Store - but i am unable to download it anymore - the circle is circling but no download ist started. Can't use Designer anymore - any hints?
