  1. thank you everyone for your help. I managed to just find a free image in the end! what a waste of time haha
  2. Yes that is what I feared! I have messaged the designer but they are not replying, sold me something a bit rubbish it looks like!
  3. Please could someone help me export this cloud as an image? I don't want the weird checkerboard background just transparent so I can add the graphic to my artwork. thanks! Sim.20191106.21.eps
  4. Oh thank you so much!! that worked perfectly. I have a whole bunch of these mockups that I can now use properly.
  5. I am a complete novice to Affinity and use it only to produce artwork mockups that I have purchased through creativemarket and so have not created the affinity files myself. I am trying to use a phone case mockup and can't remove these gridline type lines. Please can someone help me! iphone_plastic_case_wh.RGB_color.0001.afdesign
  6. Yes, I have been able to add my print to the first attached psd file no issue which also looks like it has a perspective thing on it but am having problems with the other ones attached.. maybe you can spot the difference between the files? Mockup Frame P002.psd herrei1.psd herrei6.psd herrei7.psd
  7. Ah okay I see, is this something that you could easily explain how to do or should I look it up?
  8. ...So normally with mock ups that I purchase I double click into the space I want my print to appear then it opens up a new tab and I lay my print image over that area of white rectangle then go back to the mockup image and voila, it appears in the frame or whatever I am displaying it on (i.e as above example, a flat lay print with no frame). So basically I don't have to add any kind of perspective filter or warp or whatever it is called (because I have no idea how to do that!) so maybe these PSD mockup files I have purchased aren't set up properly and I need to know how to fix them? I have attached the PSD file of one of the ones that do work. Mockup Frame P002.psd
  9. Hi, Thanks! These are the files. Nicola herrei1.psd herrei6.psd herrei7.psd
  10. Hi, I am a complete novice when it comes to using this software or any adobe software as well so not sure if I am using the correct terms but I have a print business and use mock ups to display my work. I am able to use a perspective warp in the first image attached but not in the second, where am I going wrong? thanks!
  11. Hello! Has this been resolved yet? I am still using the old version so so I can use the file. Thanks!
  12. Hello, The wrong file was attached in my previous reply however I am unable to attach the correct one. Is there somewhere else I can send this? Thanks.
  13. Hello, Here is the file with the issue. I have been using the previous version of Affinity and have had no problems so it is definitely a problem with the most recent update. thanks! Large_Poster_Mockup_4x3_ratio.psd
  14. Hi, This is strange as I have been using the same psd smart object file for my mock ups for a while now and this problem has only just started to happen?
  15. I am using Smart Objects to create a mockup of one of my prints and this is happening once I upload the image. Is there any fix for this? It has just started happening in the last two days before, no issues. Sorry I'm not a graphic designer so don't know the correct terms for things and literally only bought affinity to make mockups!
