Can’t move or copy brushes.

In the meanwhile I discovered that the menu doesn’t show up anymore after using the brushpacks downloaded from the profile/ my account. I uninstalled them and import them from the brushfile i still had. In that case the menu is working. -

The menu of a brush doesn;t show. I only get a black menu. So I can’t copy or move brushes. See photo.
