When i try to register my Affinity Photo app i noticed that the 'My Account' button is not active and in the pulldown menu its greyed out.
what am i doing wrong (OSX10.10)

That feature ("My Account") is technically only available for MacOS versions >= Sierra and thus it's grayed out and not available for Yosemite, El Capitan (aka all OS versions < Sierra)!
