Upgrading additional cost to V2.0

Hi, I would like to purchase photo, publisher and designer app, however i hope you can help me with my question. Can you please explain how much additional cost could be as stated on your website: "Upgrading to V2 for additional cost". As i can see for the Mac OS, you're working on beta version 1.9. I know you're saying there is NO date planned yet for the release of V1.9 or V2, but that can be tomorrow, next week, next month or next year etc. Thanks, Nas
