How should images be placed in Publisher to maintain proportions when changing spread setup form A4 to A5, for example? I repeatedly use several icons in PNG format and it’s tedious job having to resize them every time I change the spread setup (which is often). And since we are talking about this, is there a smarter way to work with small PNG icons in Publisher? Like saving them as glyphs or something so I don’t have to import them every time?

Hi, This is probably a silly question but I'm getting all these 'Missing dictionary for language (en-ES)' warnings in Preflight. They are probably harmless, but my Preflight is flooded with them to the point that I cannot find the few other warnings and errors that are sprinkled among them. How can I make these 'Missing dictionary for language (en-ES)' warnings go away? Thanks!

How do you do that? I thought of doing this as well but I can't find a way to move the rows to be adjacent. I mean move not only the contents of the rows but all their styling as well.

Are diagonal lines (inside table cells) and splitting cells in tables two options that are simply missing in Publisher? And if so, has anyone found a workaround this? Thanks!

How can I change the order of rows or columns when selected? For example, in a table with 10 rows to move row 3 and all its styling to position 8. In InDesign this is a simple drag and drop thing. But in Publisher, drag + drop doesn't work.

I love that I can save table styles in Publisher. But is there a way to save row or column styles as well? Thanks!

When you select 2 adjacent rows for example and right click on the selection you get the option to 'Evenly distribute rows'. This distributes the row height evenly, so the rows are the same height, which is the average height of the selected columns' height without modifying the table height. But when you select 2 or more non-adjacent rows, the 'Evenly distribute rows' option is grayed out. I work a lot with tables and evenly distributing rows and columns without this option is very time consuming and involves quite a lot of math. So I was wondering if I'm missing something and there's actually a way to set the same height/width for non-adjacent rows/columns.

Hey, Is it possible to evenly distribute non-adjacent table rows or columns once you've selected them in Publisher? I love that you can select non-adjacent rows or columns, but doing the math all the time is very time consuming. Thanks!
