When starting Publisher for the first time after downloading and installing, it simply fails to start. I get the small splash screen with the logo, "Affinity Publisher 1.8.5.703" and copyright notification on the screen. That is where it gets stuck. Mouse cursor just shows it is loading. There are no error messages or a crash report, it just gets stuck here forever. I checked that I do not have any third party programs causing problems enabled.
