thank you for your answer. I wrote you yesterday and I see, you didn't understand my question. So I try to explain it one more time with a new picture.
One of my ways 'to cut out' elements is like in the attached picture with a 'rubberline' round the elements. Then I make a mask with the mask brush in the white area, which get two lines then.
I want to cut out for example the pink part from the image. How you can see in the attachment, the mask on the white line has two lines at the moment. And I want ask now, wether it is possible, to get away the 'inner line' of the mask with a tool, which is called 'close the holes of a mask' ore something like that (which I know from Corel Photopaint). So the outer line of the mask will get saved and I can cut out the pink part easily.
