  1. Hi Barabara, Welcome to Affinity Forums I'm not sure i understood you... Do you want to cutout the dog from the image? Hi Staff, thank you for your answer. I wrote you yesterday and I see, you didn't understand my question. So I try to explain it one more time with a new picture. One of my ways 'to cut out' elements is like in the attached picture with a 'rubberline' round the elements. Then I make a mask with the mask brush in the white area, which get two lines then. I want to cut out for example the pink part from the image. How you can see in the attachment, the mask on the white line has two lines at the moment. And I want ask now, wether it is possible, to get away the 'inner line' of the mask with a tool, which is called 'close the holes of a mask' ore something like that (which I know from Corel Photopaint). So the outer line of the mask will get saved and I can cut out the pink part easily. Maske with hole.afphoto

  4. Good evening forum community, sorry for my english again. I hope you will understand what I mean. How you can see in the attached file, I set things often free, as I make an 'edge' around the figure, using the eraser, then create a mask in that white 'line'. So I could 'close' these 'holes' in a mask in Corel Photo Paint in the past and cut out for example this little dog. Maybe that works in some way in this program, too? That would be very great! 5. So please tell me how I can save some presets for some tools, for example not to start with a brush with 64 Px but 12 Pixels and aliasing, too. This would help a lot! Thank you!
  6. Hello I'm new here and my english is not very well. Sorry! I have the new program affinity photo and some questions about the tools and she individual 'workspace'. Is ist possible to get an individual 'workstation' with individual tools in my most used way? Is it possible to define somewhere that a tool has determined characteristics, or should I specify that again in each new file I open? I would be very pleased if someone can answer this question. Barbara
