Some HEIC Photos imported from iPhone crash Photo on opening

I transferred three HEIC format photos from my iPhone 12 Pro (running ios 14.2.1) to my Macbook Pro (13 inch 2019 running OSX 10.15.7) - two of them opened fine, the third crashes Photo on loading every single time. If Affinity support wish to contact me for a copy of the photo, let me know
