Found the problem. The projection in PTGui was set in Equirectangular. I changed it to Sphere: 360x180 Equirectangular and Affinity Photo displays it correctly now. Thanks for following up!

Just finished stitching a panorama in PTGUI. In the PTGUI viewer, i see my nadir with a hole, but lines are perfect. However, I export to Affinity Photo to patch the hole, the lines are pinched/bent. I save the patched nadir and view in PTGUI viewer, I see a black hole, not the patch, but the lines are straight again. Any ideas what I'm doing incorrectly? My other panoramas have been patched well in the past.
