Opening large .TIF file - help required

Ben2612 posted a topic in Pre-V2 Archive of Affinity on Desktop Questions (macOS and Windows)

Hello, I am trying to open a large .TIF file (1.52gb) using Affinity Photo. The image is an orthomosaic created using Pix4D software. After thinking about it for approx 30 seconds I get a pop-up saying that Affinity Photo does "the file type is not supported". Why is this and can you please suggest a way of opening this .TIF file. Many thanks
