Crop Tool Resampling doesn't works properly

I just uploaded all three products for windows 10. Never had an issue with Affinity until today. When I try to resample an image with the crop tool and I change the units from pixels to millimeters the values remains the same of pixels and do not update to the new unit. Thank You
