When dragging a layer to the back when there are a lot of layers that fill the iPad screen, often a ghost layer stays in the layers panel at the bottom

When I tried to replace an image in my document in Publisher V2 on my 2018 iPad Pro 11ins from Files it repeatedly crashed. It worked when replacing the image from Photo. Every time I touched the Files button it crashed.
