Exporting file as EPS seems to hang (1.8.3)

I have a file, export as PNG or PDF is pretty well instant, but export as EPS has been going for minutes with seemingly no progress. The file is about 5mb. I've been trying the standard EPS (Export) settings. 2020_Map.afdesign
