Hi, I also have this issue - when working with jpgs (not RAW-files). (The Detail-Refinement is lost after I close Develop Persona. Also when I export the image (as jpg) the changes are NOT applied.) Its very annoying. And zooming to 100% or whatever is no solution / not very comfortable.. it really needs to be fixed.
