Hello,
I have bought the products (all three, and was billed for them according to my bank), but no downloads were added to my account, and no confirmation email was sent. I have verified the email to (it's correct, and the same I'm registered on this forum too), and I don't see any signs of my bank thinking that's something fishy and blocking the operation. Money's still on hold though.
I have written to affinityorders@serif.com, but did not receive any response apart from the auto-reply so decided to post on forums for maybe some help, as I have been planning to get acquainted with the software closely this weekend but it's a pity I can't do that :(

I am happy to say we solved it together with support. The bank won't release the first try money for 10 more days, but I can live with it. PayPal worked in the end.
