  1. Hi @Callum. I have attached 2 screen recordings. In the first I was able to repeat the issue as I described above. In the 2nd recording which I did full screen showing mouse clicks I actually ended up with a crash instead of a hang. I clicked on the expand arrow of a group in the layers pallets and it crashed Not sure how this tagging works so I hope I did it correctly. 2. If I close an affinity publisher document using the red x button (top left) of the workspace it closes but affinity remains in storage as indicated by the dot below it's icon in the task bar. If I open publisher using the icon in the task bar the desktop opens up to display the last document active when I closed it. Any attempt to click anywhere on the document pages results in publisher hanging. The only option is to force quit publisher. Publisher Beta Version 2.2.0 (1994) The problem exists in the release version of publisher V2.1.1. Doing the same in other affinity software Beta's opens a empty workspace!
  3. Following a recent upgrade to Mac OS Big Sur 11.0.1 on the mac and upgrade to 1.8.6 of Publisher. When attempting to use an outline on an image using layer effects, the gradient colour stops cannot be selected properly. Unable to switch from one end to the other end of the gradient colour circles. Shutting down publisher then restarting sometimes works but only once or twice. In the image attached the left colour circle is active. unable to click on or select any of the other 2 circles. I have since been able to continue by opening the document on another mac using version 1.8 and Catalina. I was able to select the gradient stops and change the colours. I installed V1.8.6 on the Catalina machine and that worked as well. I have retried the document on the original Mac and the problem no longer manifests itself. This could be a work around. The document was originally created from a template on Publisher V 1.8.6 MacOS Big Sur.
