After i made some adjustments on my layer, i tried to use the blur tool to smooth the object's confines but it doesn't work. I used the adjustment tools and changed the brightness of a selected object. i tried to use the blur tool on a new image without doing anything else beforehand, and it worked just fine. Can anyone please help me?
