  1. Yes, it's strange, plus it never detects missing fonts even though they are specified in the styles. The text simply disappears. Thanks for checking.
  2. Hi, I don't think so, since I tried with two different files, the styles are fine, (they even appear in the imported document as I made them) and they are few, there is no overflow text. The result of importing idml to Affinity, are text boxes that are totally empty. Note, I don't know if it affects, but text and styles are in Spanish. Visitor & Lucecita.idml
  3. In fact, the file was created from InDesign, both with the Package option, and with Save As. I tried with two different files, neither of them included the text. Thanks for the welcome.
  4. Hi, I downloaded the latest trial version of Affinity Publisher (1.8) for Mac (OS X El Capitan). I've been trying to import idml files into Affinity, the program opens them, but the text doesn't appear, only can see the text boxes, but there's nothing in them. What could be happening? I also did the test with pdf's, in this case the text appears normally, the bad thing in this case, is that there are no master pages or typographical styles. 😞 Greetings.
