  1. Just downloaded Photo 2 Beta Mac OS desktop. No reference to Beta Version in Help section.
  2. Hi Lee - Affinity Photo was purchased from the App Store and all updates loaded from the App Store. The combination of 1.8.3 and Mac OS 10.15.4 means I cannot launch AP from the icon in the dock. Have used Time Machine to reinstall 1.8.2, but problem persists. I do not know how to revert to 10.15.3. Now back with 1.8.3. "Best" solution I have found is to go to App Store/ Categories/ Photo and Video/ Affinity Photo and then to select "Open" from the large display. The programme will eventually launch but it is a slow process. Thereafter all appears to function. I have sent numerous error reports to Apple and maybe they will discover something. Appreciate your interest and any suggestions will be most welcome. Best regards Bob Dolby
  3. Purchased through Apple App Store and it was fine until update again via App Store to 1.8.3.
  4. Apologies to all who have replied to my enquiry. Affinity Photo was purchased from the Mac App Store and not direct from Affinity . I regret any inconvenience. Bob Dolby
  5. Thank you Jeff. How do I remove the update (version 1.8.2 worked fine) ? Then I can go directly to Affinity . Appreciate your help. Bob
  6. Installed some time ago, direct from Affinity. Upgrade to 1.8.3 via App Store on Mac. Photo can be launched from Affinity Publisher but does not want to respond on its own. Bob
  7. Affinity Photo 1.8.3 will not load onto iMac running Catalina 10.15.4. Ideas and suggestions welcomed. Bob Dolbyy
