I do not have AVG. There has never been a problem with Norton blocking my Affinity files. I will try opening a blank document in Affinity Photo and loading the file into that.

I have worked on the same base file 2 times, with similar layers and each time it appears that the file gets corrupted. I have never had this problem before so I wonder if there is something I am doing with this file that is causing the problem. The file is saved to an external SSD, as are hundreds of other files that have no problems. Operating system is Windows 10. _8148578_Ross Castle Corrupt.afphoto _8148578_Depth CORRUPT.afphoto

From Workpace it is coming over as an 8bit jpg, not a 16bit TIFF. I have asked Olympus about this, and they don't yet seem to know if it is Olympus problem or Affinity.

When using "Photo - Launch registered application" function in Olympus Workspace on an E-P5 camera ORF raw file, Affinity Photo does not open it as a raw file, but immediately show it as a jpg format. This happens when no jpg format of the photo is available on the drive. Attached is a sample ORF raw file that opens in JPG format. There is no problem opening the ORF raw file any other way.
