Speichern nicht möglich

Ich habe das gleiche Problem. Version. 1.8.0.584. Bei "speichern" passiert Nichts. Bei "Speichern unter" wird das Programm sofort beendet. Beim Neustart ist dann Nichts gespeichert. Das ist aber erst seit zwei Tagen so. Davor hat die Version gespeichert. Einzige Idee oder Veränderung. Windows 10 hat ein neues Update eingespielt.
