Can you vector crop within Affinity photos, Example I create a A4 canvas with margins selected, And I place a photo but want to crop to fit the margins. This is possible within Affinity Publisher (not tried in Designer)

I need to trace round a football shirt to create a vector to send to my computerised mount cutter SVG file. My question is if I only trace half the shirt can I mirror the vector and join to make one continuous vector

I realise this is quite a obscure question the CMC is Italian and I have tried contacting them but no response so far because of the language difference its hard to say what you want I have also emailed Serif no reply there either Is there anyone I can contact who might have some idea how to address this problem? would really like to use Designer and not Coral or illustrator as I have AFF photo & publisher

I have sorted out how to import SVG files in to my Valiani computerised mount cutter but the dimensions change size when I import (much bigger) I am using mm in both programs I am exporting in SVG (digital small size ) tried all the other options to no avail

I am a picture framer and have a Valiani CMC for cutting mounts etc. I am looking at Designer to input the code for cutting shapes etc. Most people seem to do this either with "Corel" or "Illustrator" The format that the CMC seems to use is File Formats: .SVG and .PTL. I am new to Designer and have never used the other previously mentioned programs so could anybody enlighten me what to do to first to create a shape and how to export to my CMC. I have tried plotting round a photo of a football shirt with the pen tool and exporting as a SVG but my CMC does not seem to recognize it but I have probably not done the right thing. I am on Windows 10

Just came to that bit in the book and have found it, Click the arrow after vibrance and HSL Saturation pops up
