Just tried drag and drop from photos and it appears to work

I will get this over to you, however, I am importing from photos directly from my iPad. This has never been a problem before the update so why now? FullSizeRender.mov

Pleases see attached screen recording. I have not changed what i do. I select +, select the raw photo and it opens in photo not develop. IMG_1023.MP4

Just updated to 1.8.2 and no improvement. When will this be sorted!! Getting fed up now.

I have sent an email as requested but had no response. In the meantime I am in able to use Affinity Photo for IPad and if not resolved soon I will be forced to look at my options. Shame because I have previously found the app a pleasure to use.

Since updating to 1.8 raw files no longer open in the develop persona but in photo. They are also very pixilated.
