can't find pantone pallet

thank you for taking the time to answer. Really liking the transition from adobe, but it's these little painful things that halt all progress. Found the pallet! -
I'm having difficulty finding the pantone color swatch panel. Do not see it when "swatches tab" is selected and look under pull down menu to the right. Do I need to download it first from pantone? Thank you!

put layer lock button on the layer bar

I just lock and unlock layers constantly as I work so it's just extra fussing about. Or maybe it's just adobe cobwebs in my way. -
Instead of locking layers by selecting layer and clicking the lock button above, just put a lock pad button on every layer.

I'm not able to re-order layers. When I drag the layer, I don't see a blue line, the layer is dropped inside another layer making a new group of layer with an arrow. The moved layer then disappears. Thank you for any help!
