  1. Hello, I am currently using the version listed in the image below. I also received this problem transferring the file to another computer.
  2. Hello, I am currently trying to open a set of files on my newly updated 1.8.3 Affinity Designer. The message I received was "The file includes features from a later version of Affinity." A part of this set was 18 low complexity images. Out of the 18, I was only able to open 3 of the design files. The other 15 gave the error. I not sure why 3 out of 18 would work as they all used the same design method to be created. I can post a file of design file that worked and a couple that did not. Please let me know what I can do to fix this issue. broken 1.afdesign broken 2.afdesign broken 3.afdesign Example that Works.afdesign
  3. The crashing is for any new document or already existing document. I have posted 3 crash reports from me attempting to open documents in Designer and a example file. ebb60aa9-e537-42e8-b997-01663cee1dc1.dmp 8994f9b8-14eb-4307-8332-cc02d6cb9d38.dmp 05de9a82-ea09-433e-a7a7-d2679e983d3c.dmp 728052- DECAL, TIRE, 145 PSI, A1.afdesign
  4. Hello, I have been a user of Affinity Design for 4 years now. 12 months ago, I installed Affinity Designer onto a new laptop. On my old one, I never ran into crashing issues while opening an document. With this new one, I have ran into this issue threes times as of now. The first two times, I don't remember what caused the program to work fine again, but right now the program is doing it again I have tried the following to get it work again. Resetting my Computer. Ctrl Click the App and selected the first three options and cleared the program. Ctrl Click the App and selected all option and cleared the program. Uninstalled the program and reinstall while updating to 1.8. None of these have solved my problem and I am getting quite frustrated that this keeps happen as I use this program for my job. I have read all the forums related to this issue but I have had no luck. -Anthony
