  1. Affinity designer is not responding when I try to open the document or create new one. The program doesn't crash when I just open the program. I used this program without problems before, but the problem causes at unexpected time, so I have no idea which third party program makes the problem. I tried unistalling and reinstalling the program, but it doesn't make any changes. This problem has occurred several times in the past, and in the meantime, it was solved by initializing Windows or using an older version. Oddly, version 1.7.1 does not cause any problems, and problem occurs whe I use 1.7.2 and up. I guess some system changes in 1.7.2 and up cause a problem. I'm using the latest version of Windows 10 Education, and it's Korean enviornment. This is the program list installed in my laptop. I upload my laptop enviornment, using dxdiag.
