In this training video and every example i see by all trainers they have the same set up in side panel tabs groups Adjustment, Layers, Effects, Styles, Stock. Where do I find these? I can't locate them

In any image i upload it's the same as you can see on my screen in the side panel, there's not any tab groups listed. How do I add these

When I open the Photo tab I don't have the same Tab groups in the side panel that are shown on the training examples Adjusment, Layers,Styles, Effects, Stock How do I set this up so it looks like the training videos examples

After I save the edited Affinity Photo and send back to Lr it creates a new tiff file. When I want to edit it again and save it, it won't save over the old edit and create a new edited tiff file like this first edit example - 001 edit tiff second - 001 edit tiff tiff How do i edit the first one and save it without created a new edited tiff file that reside in LR
