Thank you for your responses, I already setup a similar page, but was hoping to find a more fluid option. What I mean is that when there is text added above the frames slide down or are not in a separate frame at all. None the less, this works in the end as well.

Is there a way to make two bullet list next to each other? I can fix it by making two text boxes, but this isn't ideal.
