I selected all the areas with the sampled color with the tool in the select menu then i refined the selection with the refine button. Both before and after i have Anti-aliasing turned off and 0px feathering

I'm working in Designer on a projects that involves raster graphics. When i try to delete a selection it "ghosts" outside of the selection, deleting partially some pixels. The same thing happens when moving the selection Is that an intended behaviour? I can't get rid of this in any way. I tried searching but I can't find anything. Here are an example attached and one with higlighting of the critic zones.As you can see the selection is taking away things that shouldn't be touched.
