To answer my own question, if the default browser is changed from Safari to Chrome they load fine.

Hi The Publisher tutorial videos (Vimeo?) are not loading. The rotating circle in the middle of the screen of the first frame just goes round and round, and the videos simply won't load no matter how long I wait. The Youtube videos for Designer load immediately. Maybe load them on Youtube no matter how imperfect that platform might be? Thanks Cessna
