Cropping problems

Hmm, I tried with other images and my mac crashed. But the boot helped and now it appears to work. Should have tried to reboot earlier. -
Opened a Olympus RAW file in Affinity Photo 1.7.3, cropped it a little bit (maybe 80% of picture was left), clikked "Develop" and attached picture was the result. Second try, similar result. Different image, similar result. I have cropped similarly many images before without issues. In fact the first time I saw this kind of corrupted image in Affinity photo was yesterday with an HDR stack. Luckily cropping after develop appears to work fine.
