Where are the brush tolerance/fidelity/smoothness settings?

I am new to Affinity designer. I am trying to draw using my Wacom cintique, but ever stroke I make changes shape as soon as I lift my pen. It's driving me nuts because I think I know what line I'm drawing and then Affinity "corrects" it. How do I adjust the tolerance/fidelity/ smoothness like in Adobe Illustrator?
