  1. I am asking this question in Reallusion's support for Cartoon Animator 4 but while waiting for them to answer I'm asking it here, too. Cartoon Animator 4 Pipeline will export a character as a PSD file into Affinity Photo but Photo does not save it as a Photoshop PSD file, since the native format is .afphoto. For that reason, or perhaps for some other reason, edits made in Photo are not sent back to CA4 the way they are sent back automatically by Photoshop. How can I get this 2-way communication working?
  2. Fixx, there are a great many choices for paint filters in the marketplace, but how many of them can be installed in Affinity Photo? Plus, the vast majority of them are quite crude. The Adobe Oil Paint filter streamlines and stylizes the actual content of the image in a sophisticated, artistic, manner.
  3. The greatest thing I miss about using your famous monopolist competitor is the wonderful Oil Paint filter. I used to use it frequently in conjunction with the Simplify feature from Topaz. It would be so valuable to have these features in Photo.
  4. .afdesign documents are not suitable for general distribution, and embedded fonts cannot be expected on destination PCs; so we are constantly required to translate fonts to curves and then export to PDF. Given how frequently we need this feature, you can make life much easier for customers: (1) A quick-export to PDF button; (2) A checkbox that will convert to curves before export; (3) Total abolition of the troublesome "document changed" warning, considering that we need to preserve the original .afdesign without over-writing it.
