Having a timeline would be great to make quick animations or picture gifs. Photoshop's was great and I would have figured that affinity would have one. Also the spot healing brush is okay, but not as good as photoshop's. Having to press ALT to locate a source is sometimes irritating but sometimes it comes in handy. I would like to have a source when doing something more precise but most of the time it's an unnecessary extra step.
