  1. Typo, I mean MacOS for desktop exclusively in this scenario. Apple support does not provide insight into how individual companies handle their in-app license keys. So it looks like I’m screwed and have to purchase another one.
  2. I have Affinity Designer on MacOS purchased around July of 2018. I updated to the latest version of iOS over the weekend, and today (through the App Store) when I tried to update Affinity Designer to 17.3 from 17.2 I get an error message: "Update Unavailable With This Apple ID" This update is not available for this Apple ID either because it was bought by a different user or the item was refunded or cancelled. I have not made any changes to my Apple ID's email address, and it is the only one for the computer. It is the same one that I have been using for the past year to get all the other updates. I guess my question is how do I tell if it was "refunded or cancelled" as opposed to some other error?
