I have this problem too, and it also affects Photo and Designer - it's the one issue that is frustrating the hell out me!

I have a similar issue. Not sure if this is related? It happens in Photo and Designer, not just with PDFS, but also EPS files. I use Flaticon regularly and the only way around things not 'disappearing' is using their SVG option instead of EPS. FarrellPhysiotherapy_Logos_PROOF1.pdf
